They are the 1st Vascular practice in the Greater Sacramento area to place Abbott’s revolutionary Esprit BTK Everolimus Eluting Resorbable Scaffold System. Patient presented with BTK chronic limb-threatening ischemia (non-healing wound) and single vessel run-off. The Esprit scaffold was placed into the tibial-peroneal trunk, restoring excellent in-line flow to the TPT/peroneal/PT territories and improved collateralization of the AT territory.
