Kierra Bell, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical background in adult and geriatric care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Prairie View A&M University in 2020 and her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner concentration from Texas Woman’s University in 2025.

Kierra brings extensive experience caring for patients with complex and acute medical needs across a range of settings, including IMU and step-down ICU units, managing patients with varying diagnoses. Her clinical expertise includes neurology, with specialized training in stroke care as an NIHSS Stroke–Certified Nurse, as well as both cardiovascular and neurological cases in interventional radiology. She has a focused interest in supporting patients with vascular and neurological conditions across the continuum of care and is actively working toward board certification in wound care.

Her approach to care centers on integrating patients into their evolving health journeys through education, collaboration, and individualized treatment planning. Kierra is passionate about building patient confidence, empowering individuals through knowledge, and promoting treatment adherence by developing patient-centered care plans that align with each patient’s lifestyle, values, and long-term goals.

Outside of clinical practice, Kierra enjoys strength-training workouts, spending quality time with her family, cooking, and traveling. She is naturally energetic and curious, often eager to explore new places.

Kierra looks forward to becoming a valued member of the care team and community, serving as a dedicated patient advocate who helps guide individuals toward achieving their health goals while supporting their vascular health and overall wellness.
